We always love a car with an interesting back story.  This '88, stick shift sedan, was purchased brand new and picked up at the factory.  The owner was a marine, stationed in Munich at the time.  '88, that's right, a true "Cold Warrior", and when he was sent home a couple of years later he brought his 244 with him.  This sedan had only 88k miles on it when we purchased it and still lives in Long Beach with the family we refurbished it for.  We repainted everything from the waist moldings up to fix the California Sunburn.  Original owner fitted the car with a killer stereo system in Germany.  Took some fiddling to get it working again, but enough to blow the windows out!
